Cancellation Policy
Saving a card on file is mandatory for all clients, you will be prompted to check agreeing that GlowWithM can store your card and that you have agreed to all terms and cancellation policy. This is MANDATORY for all clients. No exceptions. Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE 24 HOURS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF YOUR APPOINTMENT OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR 100% OF THE APPOINTMENT TOTAL.
NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE OF SERVICE + REQUIRED PRE PAY FOR FUTURE SERVICES. NO EXCEPTIONS
